In this episode of The Real Estate Investing Club I interview Nathan Bibb, We're a mall family based real estate company based in NE Ohio. I relocated here from San Diego in 2014 & started flipping houses. We built a turn key property management company called Rust Belt Rentals. Ran that for about 3 years & sold it. My wife & I then started DBA Hometown Fixer Upper. We went back to flipping houses for a few years. I then joined a real estate group ran by Mark Evans & Christian Coburn called the DMA Alliance. Through this group they taught us how to grow & scale our husband & wife operation to an actual business with a small team. We flipped just over 50 houses last year & are on track to do about the same this year as we build a real estate portfolio.
