In this episode of The Real Estate Investing Club I interview Satch Bernardt, My name is Satch Bernhardt and I used to be an airline pilot. I left the aviation industry in 2020 and became a full time Real Estate investor. I started my career in Real Estate by wholesaling, I scaled my wholesaling business to 25 team members. We currently have 18 cold callers and still operate that business all virtual. I have done a few flips through the years and now I transitioned over to capital raising for Multi-family.
I spend a few hours a week in my wholesaling business and the majority of my time now is spent networking to find more investors that want to invest passively and also looking for great operators in the multifamily industry that need capital.. Satch Bernardt is a real estate investor who has a great story to share and words of wisdom to impart for both beginning and veteran investors alike, so grab your pen and paper, buckle up and enjoy the ride.
