CR now owns and manages over 440 single family rental properties, and will renovate over 200 properties in 2022. Xander is a Maryland licensed real estate agent the listing agent on all CR homes. This also allows Alexander to build valuable relationships with other local Realtors in addition to our clients. Outside of the office, he resides in Baltimore with his wife and two dogs and is an avid Baltimore sports fan..
