Joseph is an army veteran with over a decade of military service. He is a licensed realtor with over 5 years of real estate investing experience. He also received his graduate certificate in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver, a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute, Military Relocation Professional, and a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor. His team has extensive experience in residential, association, and commercial real estate throughout the nation.
Joseph is responsible for consulting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Joseph determines clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suits their situation. He performs comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
Joseph is a life long learner and graduated with a MBA, MS, BA, AAS, and AA. He was a U.S. Army Aviation Technician, Master Fitness Trainer, Master Resiliency Trainer, and Tactical Combatives Instructor. He was a Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He was also a college instructor teaching classes in the occupational studies, martial arts, science, and fitness subjects.
