From fine dining to the “dirtiest” form of real estate investing, Logan went from selling steaks to completing hundreds of vacant land real estate transactions. After a modest upbringing in rural Wisconsin, Logan move to Dallas, TX for college. He worked in restaurants and construction management for years. He had children young and knew a restaurant career was not for a family man. When he found land investing - he never looked back. Now Logan has businesses to leverage all aspects of land investing - flipping land, funding flips, marketing land, developing land, and entitling land. He has also provided coaching to dozens of other real estate investors that see the value under our feet.
